Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to the Linkaza website, platform and related services, owned and operated by Linkaza. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.
Contact us about these terms1. Definitions
“Service” means the Linkaza platform, website and related services. “User” means an individual or entity that creates an account and uses the service, including buyers and publishers. “Placement” means publication of content containing a backlink on a publisher’s website. “Content” includes articles, text, images and other materials provided or created in connection with a placement.
2. Account registration and use
To use the service, you must register with accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately when you become aware of a security breach or unauthorized account use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. The service
Linkaza provides a marketplace connecting buyers seeking backlinks with publishers offering placements on their websites. An optional content writing service may also be provided to facilitate placements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Payments, credits and refunds
The service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis through an account wallet or payment per order. Publishers set placement prices, which are displayed in the marketplace. Refunds are considered case by case, including non-delivery, failure to meet agreed requirements, or removal during a specified guarantee period, such as 12 months where included in the offer. No refunds are issued for links delivered as ordered that remain live.
5. Buyer and publisher obligations
Buyers must supply accurate order information, including target URLs and anchor text. Buyers acknowledge that publishers make the final publication decision and that Linkaza does not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings or traffic increases. Publishers must accurately represent their website metrics and guidelines, publish approved content in a timely manner and maintain the link for the minimum guarantee period specified in their listing.
6. Publisher websites and Google Search Console
Only list websites you own or are authorised to sell placements on. If you connect Google Search Console, you authorise Linkaza to read the data described in our privacy policy and to show the website's traffic figures to buyers on its listing. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Security; the website then loses its verified badge.
7. AI features
Suggestions, summaries and article drafts are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and edit them before you use or publish them; you remain responsible for the content you submit or approve.
8. Free SEO tools
The tools at /tools are free, provided as they are and for information only. Results depend on what a website returns at the time of the check and on third-party services such as Google PageSpeed Insights. Only check websites you're allowed to check, and don't use the tools in automated or bulk ways; we apply usage limits and may block abuse.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to infringe other people's rights, to send spam or malware, to access accounts or data without permission, or to scrape or overload the platform.
10. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the platform at risk, and we'll explain why where we can. You can ask to close your account at any time in Settings; our team reviews the request, including open orders and any remaining balance, before closing it.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Linkaza isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or changes in search rankings, or for content published on third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell account holders by email or in the dashboard before it applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
