Find your audience first
Set the language and country for your campaign, then review each site’s subject coverage and recent articles. Look for a publication where your topic would make sense to its readers.
- 02
Know where the traffic numbers come from
Publishers connected to Google Search Console show actual search clicks. Traffic from external data sources is estimated. Use DR to compare sites, then open the publication and read it.
- 03
Choose the placement
A publisher may offer a new guest post, a link insertion in an existing article, a homepage link, or an unlinked brand mention. Check which options the site offers and what each costs.
- 04
Check what the price covers
Writing may be included, cost extra, or be supplied by you. Read the content requirements, link attributes, and placement duration before you confirm the order.
- 05
Follow the order through publication
Your account is free; each order uses your prepaid balance. The publisher has 72 hours to accept. A rejection or missed deadline returns the full amount to your balance. We review the published link and check it daily.
How to compare publishers before buying a placement
Turn the campaign goal into search criteria
Start with the page you want readers to visit. A local service needs a relevant market, language, and topic. A specialist guide needs a publication whose readers have a reason to explore that detail.
Write the requirements before browsing metrics: article language, target country, subject, budget range, and format. This gives each shortlisted publisher a job in the campaign and makes the choice easier to explain.
Read the metric before comparing the number
Compare like periods and measures. Google clicks over 28 days are not the same as estimated monthly traffic from an external source. Check the label and source before using a number to rank your shortlist.
A Search Console connection identifies the source of search clicks; it is not Google’s endorsement of the site or paid publication. DR describes the domain, so inspect the actual content and proposed paragraph too.
Move from a shortlist to an order
Choose sites for which you can propose a useful article. Review writing, link attributes, duration, and the full cost. If anything is unclear, ask the Linkaza team before you order.
Send the destination, anchor text, and brief together, and keep your reason for choosing the site. Follow discussion in the order after acceptance. Use the quality checks and order walkthrough for the next steps.
| Format | When to review it | What to specify or check |
|---|---|---|
| New guest post | You need a separate topic or explanation | The angle, writing, and destination |
| Existing-article link | A suitable paragraph already exists | The URL, location, wording, and attributes |
| Homepage link | An advertising position fits the audience | Link lifespan and attributes |
| Unlinked brand mention | You need the brand named in the text | The brand name, topic, and wording |
Questions to help you decide
Should I choose the highest DR?
Read DR alongside topic, language, audience, and traffic source. If you cannot propose an article that helps the site’s readers, the score does not supply that fit.
What if there is no exact match?
Decide which requirement can change, such as price or topic breadth. Keep the audience requirements that matter, and inspect a close suggestion before accepting it.
